About CircleSpaces

Redistribution, done regeneratively.

We're a Public Benefit Corporation building the infrastructure for a more circular, equitable economy — one community at a time.

Our mission

Goods, services, and wealth — kept in circulation.

CircleSpaces exists to create sustainable and regenerative redistribution of wealth, services, and goods throughout society — building tools that make circulation easier than waste, and generosity easier than inequity.

We believe the things communities already have — spare rooms, unused goods, idle skills, surplus resources — are often the fastest path to the things communities need. Our job is to build the connective tissue that makes that circulation effortless, dignified, and genuinely eco-friendly.

Our structure

Why we're a Public Benefit Corporation.

CircleSpaces is incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) — a for-profit structure legally required to balance shareholder interests with a stated public benefit.

In practice, that means: our mission of sustainable, equitable redistribution isn't just a value statement — it's written into our governance. Growth and impact are measured together, not traded off against each other.
